Second house she has sold for us. First house sold in 1 day but the second house took 3 days. Very professional and a delight to deal with. We used her buying the lot we built the second house on and the new house we are building now. Going to move to the new house in October. Would not think about using anyone but Midtown.

I recently purchased a home in Bentonville, AR and Michelle was the broker and the agent. The process was complicated due to the seller using a relocation company (SIVRA) who seemingly has a standardized way that they like to do things due to their national presence. But, I believe those ways were the local way to do business, and different forms etc. Long story short, I've been the buyer and seller of many houses (Vermont, New Jersey, California, Nevada) and this was the most complicated of them all (not because of the transaction taking place in AR, but because of the relocation company. Anyhow, Michelle was great. She was knowledgeable, and her negotiation skills were insightful, firm, and beneficial. She moved the process along and I think was a big part of the deal making it through closing, and at a good price. I would recommend Michelle and her agency to anyone looking to buy a house in her area.
